Naked Cotton – Return & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to cancel or return an item, we’re here to assist. Please review the terms below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may request a cancellation within 30 minutes of placing your order. After this window, your order is processed and cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an order, email sales@nakedcotton.com.au immediately with your order number and the subject line: "Cancellation Request".

RETURN POLICY

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be returned in original product packaging (not the shipping bag)

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Health and personal care items (e.g., eye masks)

  • Items marked as Final Sale

Restocking Fee:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds for change-of-mind returns

  • No fee applies if return is due to defects or errors on our part

REFUND PROCESS

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll be notified by email

  2. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method

  3. Restocking and original shipping fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund

EXCHANGES (Defective or Damaged Items Only)

If your item is defective or damaged:

  • Email sales@nakedcotton.com.au within 72 hours of delivery

  • Include order number and photos of the damage

  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • For returns over $75, we recommend using tracked shipping or purchasing shipping insurance

GIFTS

  • Refunds are issued to the original purchaser’s payment method

  • Gift recipients may return items, but refunds will go to the original buyer
